Do you have high-DPI displays? Or have display scaling?
I'm also curious if Steam Big Picture mode or other fullscreen games/applications have similar issues for you.
Navigate to the game directory, $SteamDir$\steamapps\common\Brigador
Right-click brigador.exe, choose properties.
Choose the compatibility tab, check the box labeled "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings." Click ok.
Next time you run the game, try setting your display preferences to your preferred full screen resolution. With any luck, you'll be able to navigate menus with the mouse and accurately aim with the mouse cursor.
I have triple monitors, 1440p middle and 1080p sides, with Windows scaling setting at 125% on the middle. Starting Brigador with this scale set makes the game window size up and spill over onto my right side monitor and off the bottom Also cursor misalignment issues. The fps 'Squad' also has the same issue with Windows scaling.
The above post's scaling compatibility checkbox does effectively fix and save me from manually changing my scaling every time I play. If I didn't already know the cause and workaround for this from my pain with Squad, I'd have been really frustrated. I know I was with Squad when that started breaking after working fine for months previously.
Can't say I have any idea what is going on with OP's issue though since he says he isn't scaling. I wonder if the checkbox did anything for him.
