Deluxe gets you the OST and the audiobook. You can either buy it combined as the 28€ "Up-Armored Deluxe", which saves you 2 bucks, or get the base game first and then the Deluxe upgrade for 10 bucks on top of that, but the result is the same, base game plus OST and audiobook.
Seeing as you already have the game, unless you bought the 28€ deluxe package, you're only missing the Deluxe DLC upgrade for the "full" experience.
