Can you fuse 2 units like in the first game?
Title question. I think the fusing mechanic was introduced on the seraph DLC for 1

No you can't. The reason for this is because it made multiple-floor plays less viable. Fun as it was, and it was a lot of fun, it's good that the infusion mechanic is not in MT2. And probably never will.

I can see it ... I suppose that it made stacking superunits too viable.
I did notice a few things like explosive tombs were doing 65 damage instead of 50? And morsels adding more HP
