Corruption
Please get nerf corruption to some capacity if not entirely remove or rework. It is by far the most punishing and anti-fun mechanic in the game. It wholly makes minion builds entirely un-fun and feels punishing to want to play units.

I can't comment on the numbers too much, since we're all still working our way to Covenant 10, but Corruption seems to work fine with unit builds provided you have one or more of the following:
Access to armor/healing
Access to endless units
Access to position cards to control how many stacks a given unit has

Corruption seems like one of the many new mechanics designed to challenge classic beatstick setups where you stick one fat guy in front of your floor and forget about it for the rest of the run.

Corruption seems broken!
It seems fairly strong, makes me clench.
Only ran 2 games but not a fan currently. I'll give it more time to sit but I wouldn't mind a nerf - those 3 enemies that give (I think) 3 corruption each to whomever kills them . Grosssss lol.

Yeah, it is a shame that it completely invalidates a lot of builds. Twice now I've had a team that does 500+ damage per swing with multi-hit x3 that has completely been shut down by cleave + corruption + double stacks on hit. It even kills units through stealth.
I haven't found any ways to remove corruption, is it even possible to remove ?

Having an endless unit eat up the stacks of from enemy minions goes a long way toward mitigating it, though I usually can just find enough defence to survive long enough. Or, you can be like banished and shift your units around each turn to spread out the corruption and gain armor to each unit turn by turn.
Other than something to specifically counter corruption, you can win simply by playing lots of units on a complex, full board. For example, you can set up bottom floor to deal with waves, while setting up mid and top against the boss. By the time bottom get wiped out by the corruption, you have enough in the top two floors to last the remainder of the battle and beat the boss.

The same happened to me. Great Team with a lot of synergies but completely destroyed by corruption. I think its too punishing and there are not a lot of ways to mitigate the damage.

The issue is there are some bosses which will actively punish this strategy by snowballing hard each floor (specifically Rax and The Undying), and unlike Arkion/Cael/Seraph, you can't ever tell if you are about to encounter them (or if you will encounter them at all)

Most slay the spire players will tell you "Never build a deck with only 1 strategy in mind" and that pretty much applies to MT2. You either have a really powerful build that steam rolls no matter what, or you need to have cards that can help deal with where you can falter. If you know corruption could cause major issues for your build, you need to find an answer to it.
Corruption is w/e up until empowered corruption Seraph that just oneshots your whole rows with zero to no counterplay

Corruption is so bad it legit ruins the game for me. Amazing runs that lose to 0 counterplay

Dominion Seraph could probably use a touch-up, yeah. I've beat him a few times but you really need a busted run to make it work. Stuff that clears 1000 damage a turn to him before he lands.

On the other hand, he's kind of the hardest challenge in the game right now, so maybe he can just be crazy hard.

Stuns/ascends can works as well, but honestly after seeing him delete my 400hp Penumbra (pre final fight phase) with "champions full heal every turn" relic... I don't really wanna play anymore until it's patched hahaha

Oh it gets worse, there's a smaller corruption boss that from a certain covenant rank just goes 'hey I spawn so all your units on all your floors get 2 corruption'. Say goodbye to all of your backline before he even gets to it. Oh and if you wanna reinforce the floor he's on? Nah, he has incant apply 5 corruption to all your units on the floor as well. This is before mentioning dominion seraph, of course.

I don't mind the regular enemies with corruption, the big problem are the bosses. They do a bit too much of it with not enough counterplay for a lot of the clans. Don't have armor as luna coven? Too bad, new run. Even though you never got the choice to take it once.
