2. Mods are popular in MT1 and I know some are already being worked on for MT2.
3. This almost certainly isn't going to happen for MT2. Like MT1, you'll unlock more starting options for clans and champions (and in this game, pyrehearts), and "level up" the clans which unlocks new cards and relics you can find mid run. But it's very unlikely that any sort of "you start each run with more health"-style upgrades will make it into the game.
