Can't figure out how to add the game cover for levels

I visited the Dennaton level editor webpage, and when i searched the game files for /my documents/my games/hotlinemiami2/covers, but nowhere to be found. how do i add my cover for one of my levels?

I made the cover folder, put the picture in, and it didnt appear in cover menu in the editor. (i changed the picture from 16 to 32 bit)

Maybe you missed something:
-The folder's name should be "covers"
-The folder must be placed in "My documents\My Games\HotlineMiami2\" (so you should have 3 folders: covers, Levels, and mods)
-Covers for level must be 34px by 57px. Covers for campaign must be 41px by 65px (i use PNG personally)

If it still doesn't work you can try this: rename your image "level" and place it directly in the folder of your level.

how do u change it from 16 to 32 bit? thats all i'm missing to put them in the game!

i have the same problem but mine being that i don't have the same folders as you guys
i have a lot more then three
