Honestly, Why should I be penalized if someone has an inferior system?
Good job guys, you just put one of the guys who make's mods, levels and bugfixes for this game completely off the game. literally 140+ hours of editing, and i had much more to do, and now it looks UTTERLY dire.
If I have to resort to notepad++ to bypass this, that's just unneccessery.
Remove this, i dont even want to look at this game now.
Take Over and Stronghold and Death Wish have more than 21 enemies per screen I think. I'm pretty sure earlier in the beta placing lots of enemies gave a framerate drop warning which was fine. Turning that into a hard line kinda really not good.
I would rather have the pre-update version i had yesterday, ♥♥♥♥ biker and the fans having elevators, I want to be able to crash my game with as many enemys as i want.
Imagine if doom said "aye aye laddie, you only get 21 enemys in a level." then cue the editing community shrinking to the size of a modern teens brain-box.
Bugs:
-Jacket doesn't execute with pipe
Hopefuly (*hint*hint*HINT*HHIIIIIINT) they'll just remove that cap and it'll be normal buisness as usual.
Bugs:
- Richter gets stuck in a infinite attack loop with the pipe, also cannot execute.
- Sons lean execution with bloodline's crashes the game.
- No jacket vs Police. Its 3 weapons, a death animation, and a bash animation. C'mon guys, Really!? (and the hugely forgotten throat rip animation, but it wasnt a problem in HLM1 now was it guys?)
- Game crashed when i started my level (Wich was in the upload tab)
- Can't place edges on top of other edges (This is extremely annoying because the game does this in almost EVERY SINGLE LEVEL of the main campaign, edges are important to make a level look visually good and in the leaked alpha of the editor I remember you could place an edge in top of another without any problem)
- Evan can still punch dogs and delete them, ruining combo's and hampering game design. If i remember, someone posted this on the Hotline miami 2 (or maybe even dennis wedin's twitter, I dont really remember) MONTH'S ago.
- Son when placed with the infamously broken bloodlines can only fight soldiers, which as we all know, as the glitchiest faction by far. Lean execution crashes game, LMB+RMB spread disarms son. Dont know if he still turns into richter when killed while spreading MP5's
- Richter's silenced uzi is NOT silent, and alert's enemys like a normal gun.
- Hammer cannot use the tazer, I get jacket not using it, but hammer is pretty much a finished character, so you would expect him to be able to.
- Placing beard with a clip based weapon (machine gun, shotgun, sniper) will have him start with a single clip and no reserve ammo. would be cool as a toggle, but ultimately needs fixed.
- Hammer vs Soldiers and the hard mode editor level glitches should be left intact. Those are 2 of the better feature's in the editor, and should actually be left intact. Hard mode would be great if it had a dedicated toggle though.
- All of the mafia weapons (silenced pistol, AK, M16, and possible double shotgun) arent properly programmed with Writer2 (Rage Evan), For example, S. Pistol bullets will come out his hand rather than the correct position from the gun. From what i can work out, the sprites are mirrored the wrong way round, and would be a easy fix. I already spent 10 bucks on the game, IM NOT FIXING EVERY BUG IN THE GAME.

-With the Hammer, if you make a level with elevators and change the x and/or y coordinates it crashes the game when I click on play level (This happened in the previous update, but I'll assume it hasn't been fixed).
And the corner glitch (being killed by any ranged of melee weapon while if you're too close to a wall's edge, almost always occurs against dogs and psychos in release).
-Enemy limit
-In a custom campaign the music from the intro carries on to the main level if ended via a cutscene fade
-If level A has no outro and level B has no intro, then the game will skip over the scoring for level A and go right into the next level.
