first of all you need HMWAD Explorer
With this you can Browse the Hotline Miami Files, and find Face Sprites under Sprites Faces and (For Example for my new Hotline Miami Campaign) SprHenchmanFace
Press Export

Use Paint or Gimp

Feel Free to Edit


To Add the File Back, Just Go to Edit and to Import (BE SHURE TO CHOOSE THE FACE YOU WANT TO CHANGE FIRST) and Import it, now Save the Wad, Go to Merge WAD, and Merge it with your Current Wad in Hotline Miami 2

Done, your face is In Hotline Miami 2
