Jake's apartment theme is Miami Jam, by Riddarna.
I guess it's because it's still "indie" (Asthmatic Kitty Records) but not so much indie like the other stuff on the soundtrack, so maybe it was a rights issue or too expensive to include on the soundtrack? Or they just did not put it there because of spoilers?

Really took me a while to figure that one out. It's a (very) slightly different mix of the ending of "Simma Hem" by Riddarna.
