Not to sound cocky, but why are so many people complaining about that level on hard mode? The first screen was annoying because of limited ammo to take out the camping guys, but the rest was pretty much doable, no? Did I just have lucky weapon drops for enemies? Or are you playing those chapters for high points? Because I could imagine that being pretty annoying...

Deathwish is tiring, but you'll do it. Hardest bit is Corey's stage, but really that's more about good aim.
Subway is comparatively easy, but be sure to turn Evan into Violent Mode during it before the end of the second stage.
Stronghold is not too bad.
Withdrawl is easy if you use Dallas.

It's the forth screen mostly. It's so long and tedious and there a billion guys with guns and 4 Fat Guys on that screen alone. You have to just wedge yourself in the alcove between the buildings and hope you can aggro them all.

The second screen forces you to use up your ammo to deal with the crouching guys, so you'll have to come up with a proper plan how to deal with the fatsuits and their armed patrols. It's rather tricky.
What's really really bad though is the second to last screen with all the glass rooms and just a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of people patroling and roaming. All you can do in the beginning is stand in your corner and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ shoot all you have get lucky with your weapon picks and hope that not all the guys come at you at the same time. Not a fun level at all.

Oh, so that is it. I guess I got pretty lucky with the weapons. I meleed the first two guys and, like Kars said, hid between the rooms. One guy in the room had a silenced pistol so I just let the fatties bleed out without raising attention. The rest of the floor was the typical gun bait for me.

For the second floor I were just holding fire and immediatly ran into cover while spray&praying. I usually got the covering guys and sometimes even hit some fatties.

^ I'm actually gonna assume you're simply better than me.

Actually, I do. When you clear out the first room and the TV room with the two guys with the guns, use one of the guns to shoot the patrollers through the window to the far right of where you started.

Also, Aggro the others with guns in the center room (with the pistol guy in the middle) through the windows of the TV room, then lure the fat guys when you have a shotgun or sufficient arsenal.
Shoot left and right in the hallway to your immediate south when you enter to take out to gun guys on standby in the lower southwestern corner. You'll know the hallway by the two other melee guys patrolling around it's door.

Hm ok,I guess i also need to be dependent with RNG on getting the guns,my last run is that a guy is wielding a double barrel shotty, usually when i lure him already shoots so it dosen't give me a chance to use it.

You need to go violent for the chainsaw guy in Subway you genius.
Why take advice from a fanboy that changes his name and profile picture the day a game comes out?

Exactly
This is also how I have it done.
It looks spectecular and luckbased, but "sneaking" through the level is much harder.
