I too didn't pay for the soundtrack but each song is there and quite playable. Not sure if this is a bonus for owning HM1, or if there was an error in distribution of the soundtrack. Considering the soundtrack is posted for the same price as the game, it's a fairly large error.
The Download size for the soundtrack is 2 GB (MP3 + FLAC)!
Only found out by trying to buy the Soundtrack anyway, like the OP, then I double checked the Local Files and there it was.

EDIT: Eh, nevermind. The files are huge, but they aren't playable (i.e. are broken). Oh well, at least the Remix EP ones play fine.
Unfortunately, the Deluxe edition only comes with the Remix EP tracks, and not the full 49 tracks. Those have to be purchased separately. :(
We just have the broken files in the directories for some reason.
