I may be stupid and missed something while playing. I remember henchman gets a wrong number message when he tries to call his girlfriend. Or it’s just something with 50 blessings?

I always interpreted either a reference to the messages or to jacket testifying during his trial that the Russians were the ones leaving the messages when it was actually 50 blessings

Its referenced once during the game, when The Henchman tries to ring his girlfriend but shes cancelled her phone and he gets the message "wrong number" from the automated response, which leads to the Fans receiving a call meant for the Henchman as they took his phone.

my guess would be how in the first game, you played as jacket and biker. if you came to the second game expecting to play as either of them, you would have "called the wrong number" because you never do throughout the campaign
