[IDEAS] An open world (sandbox) hotline miami

Really I'm dreading of an open world game that is like hotline miami where there is a vibrant world where you can do many type of jobs to earn cash to upgrade, buy weapon, own properties and more, but beware since there are enemy AI and other players that could one shot you or just want to screw around...

like the idea but it look like the first gta, what I'm looking for is something like a harvestmoon but with no farming, just you doing jobs for the 50s blessing raiding other place, while if being a police raiding drug den, and you earn cash to buy weapon or items to help you with your daily mission. something like that and if you die you would lose money so it can be very hard. just an idea, i mean it is sad to see something like midnight animal got cancel, i wanted a fresh mod to HM that have the same intense gameplay and a new takes on the game.
