dead ahead is the hardest level in the game but it is doable. Worst part is the first part where you have to kill the sniper like colombians. Just go to the last row (one right next to them) and shoot. You can go to one of the ends and it will be easier to kill them
Also my game was not keeping track of my progress with finishing levels on hard mode for some levels. Meaning I completed the level on hard mode but it would not show my best time. Supposedly I would still get the achievement if I beat the game on hard mode but not having my best time up makes me think there's a chance the achievement wouldn't proc.
Because yeah, in speedruns, dead ahead isn't actually one of the worst levels, this award would have to go to either Death Wish, Release or Take Over, because those levels are actually pretty damn hard.
