Casualties is painful

Is there speedrun skips for this level? I've been stuck for months, and have pretty much given up. I need some strategies to beat it, and no git gud or flamethrower please. This level causes me pain

pro tip that I learned a couple minutes ago, in the 3rd area if you hide behind the computer in the Top Left corner than enemies will run out of ammo trying to shoot you.

Use the super machine gun and hide behind corners.
Be slow about it. use the shift key a bit.
be sure to pick up ammo before you go to the next section.

be grateful you didnt get stuck in daniel at the end of the mission an had to play it again like me.Also it will be much easier once you have the flamethrower
