Nevertheless, I think Jacket wins. Son is ambitious and very skilled with a lot of weapons, but he'd probably be arrogant if he were to meet Jacket, which would lead him to let his guard down. Especially since Son only kills for dominance and power. Jacket is possibly more seasoned as a war veteran and has a level of resilience that carried him through an entire legion of Russian mobsters and a station full of police officers, who were all heavily armed. Plus, Jacket kills because, as Richard says, he simply "Likes to Hurt Other People."
In all seriousness I'm mixed on this one but I'm leaning towards The Son.
Also one important thing to consider is the use of Jacket's collection of masks from past 50 Blessings agents and the conditions of the fight.
Tony was a war veteran and The Son messed him up...but Jacket is a beast true
