Top 3 hardest levels in this game?

Im just curious wat u guys think. So far mine would be:
1.Casualties
2.Deathwish
3.Dead ahead

1-Demolition(First floor still give me nightmares even if can beat it at one try now)
2-Casualties(Even if now i can easily beat it with only an Assault Rifle,Flamethrower is for noobs or only for combos)
3-DEAD.♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.AHEAD!Seriously,first time for complete this level in normal i take over 40 minutes(Death wish was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ easy for me in confront)for beat it and one hour for beat it in hard mode(The room full of mirrors...THE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ROOM FULL OF MIRRORS!)

All of these levels were very ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ much easy for me ( long player of Hotline Miami 1 in another PC ) only deathwish on hard mode wasn't easy

take over was probably the hardest for me the first time i played the game. dead ahead wasn't that hard for me, but i just felt like it dragged on pretty long.

How i beated dead ahead on hard mode,i beat all the whole game in the same day.

I expected death wish to be really hard but i did corey part on the 3rd try and everything else was easy...casualties is easy when you have sniper rifle and skill...take over and dead ahead are really hard....in demolition i think that the second room is harder than the first....lel..(i also raged in caught but i don't think it's that hard)
3 caught or house call idk HARD MODE
2 take over HARD MODE-pro tip : do not pick dirty hands like i did (mistakes were made..it took me half and a hour to beat...i hate dogs)
1 dead ahead HARD MODE 4th floor not even your thick skin could handle the 4 giga fatties and windows

Strange,i found them the more easy.Especialy for the fact you have infinite ammo from the boxes.
