The devs said, the campaign will take around 30 hours - nuff for me for 20 bucks !

I will certainly support these developers as they have done a great job so far, and this is very fairly priced.

15 main story missions, how about side missions, missions to do after story is finished ?

It depends on how long each mission/good each mission is and how much there is to do in-between missions, but 20 +/- 5 missions is pretty standard for tactical/strategy RPGs.
