No more leveling in end-game?

I have maybe done 5 or 6 end game missions, all lvl 18 with no levels (or experience) after. Can anyone confirm that there will be no more levels to be gained in end-game?

Correct. You do pick up a few Tomes that give you extra skill points, and some of the missions are rated 19 and 20, but you don't level past 18.

Does the game ultimately end, because I have played about 10 level 18 missions in the end game, and I don't know if I am progressing or not... Thanks.

Yes it ends. Some time in the future it ends with post missions. But you will spend time at level 18 not being able to level . Also enemy mission slowly creep up towards level 25 and then you will see missions like fighting Balor and then you will know you are approaching the end.

Thank you, much appreciated. I just hit a level 19 mission, and it's good to see some progression. Can't wait to reach the ultimate climax. This is surprisingly a very good game.
