I would recommend rather a vortex or lightning build.
Edit:aftershock is an other skill that's unreliable but can be effective
my stage 3 monster has 3 on lightning and 3 on after shock 2 on banshee and 1 on vortex..
deplete hunters jetpack by using other abilites and when he is done enable aftershock in mid air and then rapidly descend on hunters using cntrl key ..
once you dowm a hunter keep using other abilites on others and come back for after shock near body.
bottom line is after shock needs to be used after you deplete hunters jetpack with vortex or banshee mines or lightning strikes
