Problem is that GWS really defends their licenses and charges huge sums (like their models) for any rights for those characters. I'm surprised Blizzard doesn't have a lawsuit filed against them. For Starcraft. The similarities of the races are nearly identical to GamesWorkshop armies.

Evolve would be fine, Games Workshop tends to go after the little guys who can't afford to defend themselves. Massive companies like Blizzard and 2K are more trouble than they're worth.

actually blizzard had a lawsuit filed against them by games works shop and the star craft series was going to be warhammer 40k blizzar and gw were making it then blizz split and made star craft.
