Needs timer resolution set to 0.5ms, just like crysis 2 and 3

Funny how they said this was a brand new engine, unrelated to Cryengine 3....

I was playing this at my friends house, and noticed it has all the same wierd CPU related performance issues that crysis 3 does.

Make sure you click on "[Download] TimerResolution.zip (7Kb) Limited Free Version 1.2"

open the app and click on maximum, then play the game. hopefully there won't be any wierd frame rate caps and unexplained drops anymore. Though I still recommend you cap with the autoexec.cfg sys_max fps = xx, since there is a ton of latency issues if you drop below your frame rate cap or try to have a variable frame rate.
