You need to do into your Steam directory and find the Evolve directory and delete it. OR maybe try uninstalling it from Control panel.
Look in here Computer > Local Disk C or what have you > Program Files > Steam > steamapps > common
Had this issue with a family member so if you are using steam sharing that's probably the issue.
already looked into that, no folder there
aaaah that could be it, gonna try it out when im home later. thx for the input so far guys, really appreciated
So to fix this, i stopped Steam.exe in via Task-Manager, then went into my Steam-Folder and deleted every file and folder, exept "SteamApps", "userdata" and "Steam.exe". By executing Steam.exe, Steam downloads the deleted files an repairs itself.
just tried it and nothing changed :/
oooook, im not that much into computers and deleting everthingy except those 3 files seems strange to me...i have a lot in that folder...dont say your lying or trying to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ me but yeah...i dont know that much and deleting always rings alarmbells ^^ can someone else confirm that this is a ok to do thing? ^^
By deleting the files you basicly force Steam to install itselve from scratch without touching the games you´ve installed.
thx, that helped ^^ download started just now
