Online Custom Game with friends

So, if I make a custom game to play with my friends, can the remaining spots be filled by bots? For example, if I'm playing with two friends, can I then be the Monster, the two others take two Hunter roles and the remaining two Hunters be controlled by bots, or is that an impossibility?

dunno with this f2p version, but if im not wrong, when this game still b2p you can do it, by making private match with friend
