Step 2: Rename Evolves root file from "EvolveGame" to something like "Evolve Legacy" or " Evolve Stage 2." (Depending on what version is currently installed.)
Step 3: Right click on Evolve in steam library and select properties.
Step 4: Click Betas tab and change Legacyevolve to none or none to Leagcyevolve. (Depending on what version is currently installed.)
Step 5: Whichever version you don't currently have installed should start downloading on its own. If not update game.
Step 6: To switch between versions simply swap the name of the root files. (Steam needs EvolveGame as the root file to open)

What the blaster master means is not really a campaign.
Its a system where after you win you get bonuses for the next map and if you lose for example, the other side gets a bonus for the next map.
You will go through this 5 times. Map 5 is the final one.
Before a mission you will get a cutscene, where somebody for example tells you oh im trapped but you need to destroy the eggs of the monster before it can hatch them.
And then you play on a normal map with the eggs.
But there is no 'real' storytelling or handcrafted missions. Its just random maps, with some extras if you win. Oh and after each map you can vote for a map.
You can call that 'campaign' but its not what you would expect when you think about a classical singleplayer campaign, it was really designed to be played in multiplayer, hence the map voting and bonusses etc.
