Making a mod and would like Tips and your Ideas

Im making a mod for evolve because i love this game and i would like expand on the idea of getting mod support for it.

You can still mod a game without mod tools, it's just harder.

There is a reason there are no mods for Evolve. #1) No mod tools. #2) CRYENGINE engine. So, you have experience with the CRYENGINE engine? What game and mod was that?
