Hi Gardeners,

One of the latest additions to the game we've been working on is the Japanese Garden.
The Japanese Garden is situated on the shore of the main lake in the City Park.

In the Japanese Garden you can add plants to create your own vision

After this we plan on adding new jobs to enable you to create new and exciting gardens and structures throughout the park.

Our First Devlog

Hi Gardeners,

We're excited as we've just planted our first Garden Designer devlog!

We are currently working on mechanics for some of the tools and getting the mower and grass trimmer into cutting order.

In addition we are creating new jobs in the City Park that'll release your gardening creative juices as you get to plant new gardens around some of the surrounding Park features.

After this we'll be looking at enhancing the building and planting mechanics and we'll look to update you soon on how those are progressing.

Suggestions for Planting/Design tools

Enjoyed the idea and looking forward to being able to choose between job/task-based gameplay and the freeplay ('quick play') option . It seems the quick play option has been disabled for the demo. Would recommend adding an overhead camera view option that can be toggled on and off manually during planting/mowing etc. The same goes for toggling on and off a visible grid. It would be helpful to be able to click and drag placed plants to adjust their placement. It would also be great to be able to rotate plan...
