NEVER RECEIVED FULL GAME

anyone else have this issue where they bought this game a long time ago and never received the full game. I'm talking to support at the moment and they really want a receipt but I just don't have one from that long ago.

this is just a tech demo
the full game is wreckfest witch sould be in your steam library

the only way you could have gotten this tech demo is if you specifically bought the full game

Yes Revalopod thats what i saying and when I talked to support they basically told me I need to find a receipt and apparently arnt able to look up if my email ever made a purchase

It doesnt because at the time I bought it directly from there website and they sent me a code which was only for the demo. and now the game never popped up and as I said I contacted the about this and they wanted a receipt even though they should be able to check there records with the email I made the purchase with
