Ever wondered how VR could become more nausea-causing, more dizzy-creating, and just more bizarre than what it already is?
Welcome to Endless Wonder VR, where all kinds of weird ♥♥♥♥ is happening and where you will have the most fun while also exercising.

Endless Wonder VR is truly endless; it's bizarre and highly enjoyable. It was truly a real workout. I played the game for an hour, and I was sweating after.
Endless Wonder is a colorful VR platformer. You need to make your way through obstacles and enemies that will push you off or reset you to your latest checkpoint.

From what I know, there are four unique sticks with their own special abilities. The magnet stick, which is acquired first before anything else. Second, the bounce ball stick. Third and fourth are the magic wand and the hammer.
I didn’t get there myself, but I got to a place where it was difficult enough and gave up for now after playing for so long. So I had the magnet and bouncer stick, but if I am correct, I was on the edge of getting the magic wand since I saw a large tower with books or crows flying above it.

The player’s mission is to climb the path and parkour their way through the obstacle with no end. The levels get more and more difficult the further the player progresses, and the surrounding scenery will switch further on, where the player will also find new tools.
Unlock achievements, cosmetics, and, in general, have a workout.

Visuals
Endless Wonder looks incredible and is highly enjoyable to play. Soft casual textures, but all in all, the design of the unique sticks, the enemies, the maps, and the levels look very good. All wonderful.
The fingers even move when the hand is equipped if the player is using a valve-index VR headset and controllers.
The game’s experience truly looks amazing, soft, and chill. And of course, the game looks bizarre, with houses sticking out for the walls, flying windmill’s fans, boxes, and planks just flying our put on each other.

The first look the player gets on the Steam page might not seem like much, but once the player is within the game. They’ll see the true beauty and fun of it.

Audio
The background music is fitting and not disturbing or annoying, even after long hours of playing. All the sound within the game sounds good, the enemies, the unique sticks, the background music.
So far, for the audio, all is well.

The game is more than what it seems on the Steam page. It's highly enjoyable and worthy of its price.
Within the game, they tell the player, “Moving without the unique sticks causes the player speed to be faster. Each individual stick has its own weight” or something alike. I didn't see any difference in the player's speed.
For all VR-loving people who like to move their bodies and build some sweat. Try this game out; I recommend playing it.

There is No End to This Bizarre World

I had fun playing this game. It threw some curveballs & some interesting new mechanics that I had never experienced before in VR which made the game interesting & unique. It's in Early Access and it's definitely in need of some polishing, but still, even as is, I can easily recommend it for those who enjoy action platformers.

It's not quite as fluid or polished as No More Rainbows or even Toss. However, it's pretty unique with the magic sticks with different abilities and some parts of the world map which are oddly designed (there's this part where the map looks like a swirling horizontal staircase floating in the air). It's budget priced though and I think just in the creativity expressed here and the whimsical worlds you'll be discovering, the game is worth it. It obviously lacks the best visuals or music, but I hope that's something that may be improved in the final release (along with smoother mechanics).

Game is running on the Unreal Engine 4. On my RTX 3080, on epic settings, at 100% resolution scale, I was getting a steady 72 fps for the most part. I did not experience any serious issues or bugs. It just needs some polish overall. You do have smooth or snap turning available (although the smooth turn is too slow). You can technically play seated, but playing standing will make it much easier and is what I recommend.

WONDER why I ENDED play?

Well worth the price. This game is fun, unique, well designed, well optimized, with creative maps, creative movement mechanics too.

I got serious "Getting Over It" vibes

at some points in it. But, (almost) to my dislike, it had checkpoints. But I did stop playing sooner than I wanted to because of a few issues.

First, some GFX items have a strange lighting effect that makes the left and right eye see a different shine, or something. This plays with your brain and makes me get a bit of a motion sickness vibe. Second, the locomotion does not have a "stick aim" setting for folks like me who prefer that. Third, the magnetic stick locomotion "anchors" to your body instead of your literal hands when "climbing".

These things combined, made me END the game play sooner than I wanted. But, it was still fun enough to get a 👍 vote from me.

Виглядає і працює просто супер, проте не дай мультяшній графіці себе надурити - гра буде випробовувати тебе на міцність з кожним новим кроком)
Вона не дуже довга, але кілька незабутніх годин подарує гарантовано)

Game is a little rough around the edges but quite a fun platformer with some unique design to it.

Endless Wonder is a sort of 'getting over it' style platformer though (though it has check points which saves a lot of frustration) you need to climb jump and bounce your way along, with a tool set of well tool. primarily the magnet stick and bounce stick.

At first I was not sold on the magnet stick at it didn't quite work how I initial expected it to but after a little while it finally clicked for me an made for some fun platforming.

The game has a pretty unquie art style I really liked the early swirly level and the later dungeon/castle area.

the enemy ai is a little dumb and some enemies can hit/detect you from quite far away but once you kill them they stay dead making any future attempts easier.

I found the game made me a little too tall, requiring me to crouch a lot when using the bounce stick and made dodging in the minecart section very hard.

overall I recommend the game the developer is still making active improvements and adding more content since it is early access but I think its already a pretty good value with what is there.

As someone who plays a lot of VR this game was a breath of fresh air. The way you have to move about ledges or get to high areas by using magnets on sticks was something I've not done before. This is a platform game with huge levels followed by a boss fight at the end. I've not actually managed to complete the first level yet and I've played over an hour. The phrase easy to play hard to master fits perfectly for this game. The visuals are awesome, very immersive. The enemies are quite easy to get past once you know there patterned movement. This game is a challenge for your dexterity, patience, and endurance.

I really enjoyed the first three levels. They are fun, interesting, and require using all the tools the game provides. At first, the long-range enemies annoyed me a bit, but if you deflect their projectiles with the magic wand, they are not a problem at all. The game has a bit of a learning curve, and you won't be able to just brute force your way through it on the first try. It requires your patience and effort.

I also really liked the game's visual design. It has a vibrant and magical picture that is sometimes very impressive.

As for the fourth level, I have a few comments. It is too drawn out, and it would be desirable to break it into at least two levels. I even managed to get lost on it once.

The trolley episode... In the current patch, it simply doesn't work as a fair challenge. It's frustrating because in addition to the game elements themselves, you have to deal with the clunky weapon selection menu and not understanding at what speed you need to drive this mine cart forward. But it's a VERY GOOD exercise for your feet :D

For a debut project in early access - not bad at all. I will look forward to the further development of the game!

Мені дуже сподобалися перші три рівні. Вони веселі, цікаві та вимагають використання всіх інструментів, які надає гра. На початку мене трохи дратували дальнобійні вороги, але якщо відбивати їх снаряди магічною палицею, то вони взагалі не становлять проблеми. У грі є певна крива крива навчання, і ви не зможете просто пройти її в лоб з першої спроби. Вона вимагає вашого терпіння та зусиль.

Також мені дуже сподобався візуальний дизайн гри. Вона має яскраву та магічну картинку, яка часом дуже вражає.

Щодо четвертого рівня, у мене є кілька зауважень. Він занадто затягнутий, і його б було бажано розбити хоча б на два рівня. Я навіть примудрився раз заблукати на ньому.
Епізод з вагонеткою... На теперішньому патчі він зовсім не працює як справедливий виклик. Це фруструє, оскільки, крім самих елементів гри, треба боротися з кривим меню вибору зброї і нерозумінням, з якою швидкістю треба гнати цю вагонетку вперед. Але це дуже непоганий тренажер для ваших ніг)))

Для дебютного проекту для дочасного доступу - цілком непогано. Буду з нетерпінням чекати подальшого розвитку гри!

The game is cool and has nice visual style, but Valve Index controls are pretty bad right now, so please do something with them, it becomes obvious on the 3rd and 4th levels. Also I had some problems with achievements, but I think it happened because of my bad internet connection

Гра крута та має чудовий стиль, однак граючи на Valve Index я мала проблеми з управлінням, тому будь ласка виправте його, це особливо жахливо відчувається на 3 та 4 рівнях. Також в мене були проблеми з ачівками, але я думаю що це через мій поганий інтернет

Overall, this is already a pretty good game. Nice cartoonish graphics, good music, fun game mechanics. There is a room for further polishing, but still - a good one.

The level design is something between 'only up' and old-school 3D platformers, but with a lot more checkpoints, which is pleasing
