Need a little bit help here
Is there any relics or equipments that reduced the damage from the contaminated water just like in ender lilies?

Doesn't seem like it and I'm somewhat far into the game (chapter 9). I'm an explorer, which means I constantly go back when I get an ability that unlocks other paths, and I'm yet to find anything that reduces damage from the toxic water.

Just stack defense and healing power, then go through them as fast as possible. Heal when necessary. Most of them won't deal a lot of damage anyway. They were dealing like 8 damage per tick when I first encountered an extended path that was filled with it. Later on, some puddles can deal like 25 damage per tick, though. You're probably not supposed to swim in them (as far as I can tell) and I didn't find anything hidden in them so far, so there's that.

I just went through a large swathe of red water area and they seem to have white flowers you can destroy to recover a healing flask. It seems you need to just tank the damage and keep an eye out for these flowers.

The red water seems to do % damage as when i first started the area it did 8 damage by the end of it after a level or two and a health upgrade it jumped to 10.

I beat the game and saw none.
Healing flasks, Equipment (some increase your flask count) and a specific character's super move are all you get.

There is one particular area where you have a very long underwater tunnel in the land of origin, and it deals a lot of damage. Having three heals definitely feels way too little here.

IS THAT what those are for? ♥♥♥♥ I figured they were part of some questline where you had to keep them alive/open for something secret to happen, ala the flowers in Hollow Knight.
There is no damage reduction for the water.
You can have a max of...5? HP Flasks with the right gear, and have the flasks heal you for 200+HP
Pair it with a relic that accelarates flask use, as well as the one that accelarates/strengthens all your utility homonoculi and you should be able to go pretty much everywhere

I believe the number of heals is tied to the story you uncover somehow, might be wrong, it was after i defeated some boss, but i only noticed i had 4 heals after i finish the questline of the little kid with the helmet.

That corridor im leaving for later, when i have all the HP boost, use the talisman that heals instantly too, only once but lets you haul as-s while swimming full speed with the spider, the whole corridor is BS hehehe, hate these races, at least for now theres no phase where you run from the killing screen coming for you, like Ori did with the lava.

Number of heals depends on your equipment.
The base amount is iirc three?
Equipment can get you as high as 5
Check the stats for your current gear, something likely gives an extra heal
Few things on the corridor:
  • Defence doesn't really seem to matter a lot. I've got items for max available defence - and I was taking more damage than when I was stacking max healing power.
  • In my experience, having 5 heals is less effective than having 3 heals and full auto heal, because you you heal 4 times rather than 2, and even with relic, it takes too much time (and thus you lose more effective health). Having autoheal allows you to get through big segment of the tunnel with speed-up ability.
  • Relics for quick healing and for faster movement seem to help a bit.
With all of that, within few attempts, I've managed to swim through the corridor and and get the loot right before the damage tick that would kill me. But maybe it would be easier with better gear (although I do have best bracelets you can get from craftery).

Blight water does 10% of hp no matter what. So getting as much healing as possible is the intended method.
Hi all.

Regarding the long corridor in the Land of Origin, I just did it and this is what helped me:

Ilion totem for 2 extra heals.
Celestial bangle for healing boost.
Aster bangle for healing boost.
Ward Propogator to speed up recovery item use.
Dash using the upgraded version of Motley the whole way when not healing.

It takes timing your heals well, but that got me to the end. I've beaten the game once now, and there isn't any item that reduces/removes damage from the red water.
I also just did the long corridor, and it's actually pretty simple. You only need two things:
- Cetus totem, +1 flask, +1 SP bar, full HP/SP restore when you "die"
- Lorna homunculus, after you "die" use her attuner ability twice to heal

I reached the goal with about 50% HP and 1 flask left over. The reward is a bracelet with a big attack bonus.
Unfortunately no, I thought there might be one like the first game but I just completed the game and there is none. Just have to power your way through it
I just actually did the Land of Origin long tunnel.

I had Movement speed increase (I don't know if this helped at all.) 3 Heals for 185 healing each and Full health if health drops below 15%

A lot of the difficulty is getting the movements right you're not really allowed to linger or slow down at all.
