Portuguese translation help

I'm currently doing a Brazilian Portuguese translation of the game Torment: Tides of Numenera. So far, I've been able to find and translate the dialog files easily, but I'm having trouble locating files related to the main menu, interface (GUI), such as buttons, options, menu texts, etc.

Has anyone here messed with these files or know where I can find them?
