console commands?

I notice there is a keybind for console display. anyone figure out how to activate it, and if so, is there a list of console commands somewhere?

really, with how buggy this is, we need console commands just for workarounds.

example:

am currently stuck behind a Levy in the Cirus area (where the execution platform is). cannot move. a noclip or teleport code would come in handy right about now.
