chins - cheat code? any help starting out?
So in the first few minutes in the initial city, I've managed to deplete my stat pool enough that I don't want to proceed.

it costs 40 shins to sleep, and I only found 54 shins by digging rocks, I've got no weapon and no armor and I am afraid the game is going to be extremely stingy with the shins.

So is there a cheat code to add a few early shins so that I can just rest?

Can I just rest some place?

Does stat pool go up on its own over time?

The game is nowhere NEAR stingy with Shins. They're literally everywhere, plus you can sell oddities (which are this game's vendor-trash, just make sure you examine them first since some have some fun functions).

Stats do not restore over time, you either use items or rest.

You can rest for free: Once you talk to the Cult of the Changing God and do their little quest (Repair the clock), you can talk to the couple in charge and rest for free.

I have over 5000 shins and don't need them. You should play some quests, almost all of them have cash rewards. There are also a lot of "oddities" lying around, items which are just there to be sold.

I repaired the clock and asked to rest and they said 40 shins.

bug?

no it was 40 for me too. I think you might need to convice them you are the Changing God for it to be free.

If you really want to cheat just install Cheat Engine and find the variable in memory, its a 4 Byte integer. Handy if you're a hoarder like me and want to keep all oddities.

I convinced them I was the Changing God, but I believe you can also sleep for free by joining their cult.

I'm afraid you can not change the number of chins your character has as there is no cosmetic customization.

you didfnt let them think you were the changing god

if you have no shins or ok armor/weapons...all i can say is..you aren't playing the game correctly. Any place you see the finger pointer icon you should be clicking...there are shins burried random places ALL OVER Sagus etc...not to mention all the oddities you get, or lilttle rewards just for completing some dialogue options. Are you just running around looking at stuff and not clicking anything??

Obviously they were playing a different game, where you're a castoff of the Chinning God. Every time he dies, he adds a new chin.
