In Bloom (Replace Companions?)
So I made it all the way into the bloom and lost a companion do to story... is there a way back to the others so I can recruit them? I don't need specifics as to not spoil too much, but a yes/no would be nice!

You should have the copper sphere which you can call any companions to you that you have met in the game. I'm guessing you lost Rhin and no there are no other companions in Bloom unforunately since has some interesting characters in that hub. I thought the marshal women would be 1 but no.

What copper sphere? Could you summon abandoned companions with it?

This is a fairly explicit spoiler as to where to get the missing item (which is a bronze sphere, not a copper sphere). Since you explicitly asked for no spoilers, I've marked it -- but honestly, the odds are high that you actually have it and don't realize it. :)


It is a bronze sphere, and it appears in your Quest Items section (so you may have missed it). You get it via one of the options when you interact with the mirrors in the Castoff's hidden lair as part of the critical path, so unless you refused to select all the options you should have it.

Specifically, it's stored within a transdimensional space in the Last Castoff's forehead and one function of the mirror array is letting them retrieve it.

What about the slave? i released him but you can ask him if he can fight. i have no idea if he can follow you.

By the way, is it possible to drop Rhin from party and get back later in the game? I made that mistake once back in beta where I was unable to summon back with the bronze orb.

Man this is what i didnt want to say to him. Its like the only suprise it the whole game... even if its kinda obvious.

Really? I just saw so many constantly messing this part up, I thought people clearly weren't getting it. My bad.. Shame to hear. I'm still not done myself yet..

I suppose i was like - this NPC has no purpose therefore getting her X far will do something. Maybe im being cyincal. :s

Ah I see, so the moment I get her, I will have to keep her around for a while. Thanks for the heads up. And I do not care much about spoilers, possibly I will enjoy the road more then the goal.

For me, the clue was the moment she told me where her parents were, all I needed to know, also scanning her mind, helped.. (Also, I added spoiler text. Might want to edit your response. ;) )

Hm.. a bit off topic, but when you send Rhin through Aen-Thozon, you can call other companions via sphere, but they're lvl 1, it's how its supposed to be? Kinda letdown, I'm not sure if I can get them to tier 4 before game end
