Rebind of highlight key not workign

re bound my highlight key, which works on tab, doesnt work on right ctrl.

and apparetnly its just the right ctrl, can rebind to del or end easily

ps, on the drone level, theres an un lootable that is revealed as lootable by the highlight key. but youd never see without using the highligt key as we cant turn the map around.
