And yes this is the same Techland that made Dying Light and Call of Juarez, when it comes to the question asked by the OP, even if posting in this thread is an act of necromancy.
They publish the PC version as well. I get the techland logo come up as the game and I don't have it on console. If you mean Dying Light and Call of Juarez are only on consoles, I have both those games right her one Steam.
From what I understand, that game wasn't turning out the way they wanted and they "put it on hold", but given we haven't heard a peep in a couple of years, Im guessing it's abandoned.
