Seeing that my retail copy of this game has Techland logo on a box, I'm going to assume they also had something to do with PC version being published, at least physical versions.

They publish the PC version as well. I get the techland logo come up as the game and I don't have it on console. If you mean Dying Light and Call of Juarez are only on consoles, I have both those games right her one Steam.

From what I understand, that game wasn't turning out the way they wanted and they "put it on hold", but given we haven't heard a peep in a couple of years, Im guessing it's abandoned.
