Voice chat not working for me alone?

For some reason, my voice chat doesn't work, but the people around me work just fine. I've restarted the game, but the same result happens. wuuuuuuut?

There seems to have been a simmilar issue here with a solution.

I figured it out! It was a fresh install, and alpha29 doesn't have the turn on voice chat button for me. When I switched it to alpha25, I could turn it on, and it worked fine after that!
