GL_Renderer Help! Change Graphics Card in Use?
Hi. My PC is currently using a GTX680M GPU, however Sub Rosa says that it is using only the Intel Integrated Graphics Card which is really slowing down my game. Is there any way for me to switch the card that the game is using? Currently averaging 15-20 fpd in game with intel integrated

This happened to me with this game and sometimes other games as well. When this happens, I right click on my desktop and select the Nvidia Control Panal. In there I'm able to choose a program and select what I want said program to run on like my 860M graphics card. I just chose subrosa.exe and selected it to run on my graphics card. After that, the game ran like butter. If you don't have the Nvidia Control Panal, then IDK what to tell ya.

If you have an Nvidia GPU, there should be a control panel of some sort for the card in the notification icon tab called NVIDIA Settings or something similar. You can go there and adjust which games are going to utilize the card specifically by adding them to the list by directing it to the .exe file
