can someone tell me how this game works?

The idea of the game is to cover the whole area in one color within a certain number of steps.

The first one is black and red with black and red strips at the bottom. One of the strips will be selected - it doesn't matter which one. You are susposed to choose either the black strip or the red one and click on the opposite color. Say black is selected, then you click on the red area - which will then turn black and you have finished the stage in one step.

This is the simplest one. The later ones get more complicated. There is also a very nice hinting button on the right side if you get stuck.
