good/challenging puzzles, but... audio design, hint system, and "grading" system are garbage. Additionally, playing the game feels as it is: a mobile game ported to steam with little effort. There is a very clear lack of satisfaction if you play it on a non-touchscreen system (I am lucky to have a touch-screen laptop), and the lack of achievements surprises and disappoints. Additionally, rigid puzzle progression-- you have to complete the whole section before unlocking the next one.

overall: good puzzles, but not relaxing and not very satisfying.
recommended to try the mobile version or get it on sale-- there is also a Kami 2 that is not on steam but is also available on other platforms.

My personal experience: I had to play the game on mute (horrendous "DONGGGGGG" when you complete a puzzle) and went through the motion of getting a "perfect" on each puzzle, and am not left with any decent feelings now that I am "done" with the game.
it is such a shame because I DID enjoy the sound of the papers being flipped and the animation for it, but again between the jarring audio and grading system that made me feel bad if I made a single misstep, not enjoyable. I do not recommend this game at all if you are sensitive to being graded ("perfect", "ok", or "fail") (not sure how else to phrase this).
I wish there were also options to choose between different color palettes-- but you're limited to the standard colours in the base game, and then some different ones in the "premium puzzles" section.
Maybe I'm just spoiled by other puzzle games I've enjoyed more, like LYNE.

I'll probably replay a few puzzles in the future, but not to solve them, just for the paper flipping sound/animation. Literally the only part of the game I enjoyed.
