What im I missing about question marks?

Hi guys, so im at 3-3 level 15 and im already stuck!
How am i supposed to proceed from here?
I cant click on any tile that's next to a question mark cause i dont know if its blue or not and none of the cells with the number 4,5, and 1 is giving any help..

yeah, this one had me beating my brains out since it seems like there's no where to go.

Take a look at the diagonal column with a 5. Then take a look down at the bottom of that diagonal column at a 1 where there are only 2 spaces it can be.
