What can I do?

Every time i try to install, steam says the game is installed but game files stays with 0kb and install nothing, there's no game files and can't run the game.

Achievement "Thoroughly"

Got all the Achievements but not the "Thoroughly" which you get by completing the game on 100% I tried repeating the game and collecting all the envelopes with it but it doesn't seem to work.

FIXES:
·A bug that prevented unlocking the achievement "Completely" has been fixed. It is now correctly unlocked by collecting all the cards and notes in the game.
·The issue with sensitivity and inverted axes has been resolved.

NEW:
·A new system has been added for the sliders (such as audio, brightness, and sensitivity). Now, next to each slider, the corresponding percentage of the adjusted value is displayed.
·The maximum sensitivity you can set has been increased.

For example, I currently only have 2 small text messages that my screen displays for too long. once at the end of the conversation with the cam person and into the empty room where you get to the counter room.
