Purchased and downloaded but game will not load. Anyone else having this issue?

Leider stürzt das Spiel ständig ab, man kann 2-3 Minuten spielen danach stürzt es ab. Ich spiele ohne den kaufbaren DLC zur Info, ich habe die Vermutung das es daran liegt. Ich habe den Vorgänger mit DLC und der funktioniert einwandfrei.

Dear developers I love your games. I want to help the rabbit on chapter 1, but for some reason I never have enough stars to help him or later on other people. How do I earn enough gold stars in this game to help everyone that needs help, because I am very much confused on how to go about doing this? I have not skipped any mini games and I try very hard to find everything that needs to be found in the hidden object scenes. Do I need get some kind perfect score to obtain the gold stars by clearing mini games...

Καλησπερα, το αγορασα, παω να το παιξω και η αρχικη σελιδα κολλαει συνεχεια! Στη συνεχεια μπηκα επιτελους στο παιχνιδι και σε καποια στιγμη ειχε ερωτησεις με αστερακια τα οποια παρακατω τελειωνουν και σε υποχρεωνει να απαντησεις λαθος με αποτελεσμα να μην μπορεις να προχωρησεις ...
