The problem is that this is from the original, 2005 release. Considering how many changes are in the changelog from 2012's release to now, I wonder if anything from 2005 is any use at all.
That too looks out of date, although not as bad as the manual on replacementdocs. Looks like the information there goes back to the Collector's Edition.
Also, there's no manual or instructions on how to play the game, only information on the world.
I didn't even bother with it any more because aside from the lack of a tutorial, the interface is rather bad which made the game difficult to play, so I uninstalled it. Thanks anyway.
However from the main menu hit 'options' then 'keyboard' and you can see what keys do what function.
