Anything more to "Upper Management" level?

It seems like there is 3 computers to hack. However, the 3rd one (in the 'Server Farm') opens a door and turns off cams that leads to and un-openable door! From the start, if you go left and up, you see another un-openable door to the same area. There are civs (and guards, I think) walking around in there, it is decorated.

1. Did this level just not get done fully? This was the only level I spent a chunk of time on, because I felt like there was something else to it.

2. Is the left most area accesible?

3. Also, is it possible to stealth this level (since Boll calls the guards after you talk to him)?

I think it's plain unfinished. The dev clearly did not think you can make it through - that's why it has taken me countless attempts at this level. I kept thinking I did something wrong, maybe I've missed something... no, you're just supposed to die, and if you don't - you're stuck in this limbo, unable to finish the level.
