[SPOILERS] Questions about the ending
1. At the very end, Jack tells his uncle that Harry and William weren’t good enough, and he mentions something about William being in the body of someone named Darren. He also says something about Harry not going to job interviews. Did I miss something, or was this the only mention of those things and of this Darren character? Is it an opening for future DLC, perhaps?

2. What did Jack actually think would happen at the time he used Harry, Luke, and (I guess) William? His plan at the end of turning everyone into his uncle is very clear, but what did he think he would gain from using three people, even in positions of power?

3. Did all of OPIG just forget about the square disk? Someone said they should keep an eye on these things, so how did it end up in the van with memories that only Jack knows about?

4. How is it that only Jack was affected by the idol at the end? I understand that the broadcast failed, but what exactly happened to make Jack the only one affected?

5. Is there any information I may have missed regarding how he dealt with his uncle on the bridge? Did he just ask him to "test a device" or did he resort to violence? After emptying him of memories, I assume he pushed him off the bridge, but it’s not clear how things played out beforehand.

6. What’s the connection between this encounter (on the bridge) and the meeting Isaac had scheduled in the second case? He asked for a taxi, then waited on the bridge and got ambushed by his nephew?

7. Who is on the bike at the end? Is it Oriel with the consciousness of that ancient Lemurian? What was he doing during the events at the end?

1. After the last case in Chapter 5, you get a news story about a CEO named Darren that votes against his own plan. Apparently Jack used the IDOL to put William in this CEO's body to halt an expansion plan that would increase pollution. It's just an extra news story that gives more details on Jack's overall plan, it's not part of any specific case.

2. He was trying to see if it was viable to replace people in high positions of power to make the world a better place. It's not a terrible idea in theory - if you had enough loyal people, you could make a difference by replacing various powerful people. Jack got impatient and disillusioned, though, and decided to go for the nuclear option.

3. Marie noticed it went missing. She figured it was just Eugene being irresponsible. He has very little oversight, so there's not much she could do about it, especially since OPIG doesn't really tolerate ratting out your boss (see her previous letter to Nathan about Tim's drinking habits). Of course, it was actually Jack who took it, but Eugene is too scatterbrained to notice it.

4. I'm not 100% sure. I think he might have been the only one in the IDOL's zone of control when it activated.

5. It didn't happen on the bridge, it happened in the Steelside Warehouse (Isaac was on his way there based on an address he had written down in the first Chapter 1 case). Jack might have done the same trap he did with Elijah. It doesn't really matter. Once Isaac's memories were taken, he then drove the corpse to the bridge and dropped it. I'm pretty sure there was no resorting to violence, because Isaac seemed confused about what was going on when he took over Jack's body - implying the consciousness transfer took him by surprise.

6. See above. He got a taxi to Steelside Warehouse which is where his memory was drained. His corpse was driven to the bridge afterward.

7. Yes, that's Oriel / Echo Secunda (he's also on the main menu screen). What he was doing in the ending is unclear. I've speculated in another thread that he may be trying to recover idol parts and this is a setup for a sequel or DLC.

4. Jack was watching while operating the television broadcast camera so he was influenced. Chapter 4 "Boardroom Brawl" hints at this with the unnamed Intern character wondering why he was influenced even though he was standing outside the supposed zone of influence.

1-It's only mentioned in one of those side documents between the chapters. From 5-4, we know Jack was trying to train the homeless then put them in the bodies of influential people, but it didn't work.

2-His plan from the beginning was to make society smarter as per his rejected proposal, which fits with putting his uncle into millions of the population, I guess with the homeless he was trying to see if he could just give them partial info and turn them into successful people, but there's very little info about this, like only a couple notes in 5-4, kinda wish it got a full chapter.

3-They reported it missing, but what happened is Jack stole it to put his uncle's memories in it (happens offscreen)

4-We don't really know beyond "he must've been in the radius", whether knowingly or not, probably was watching the broadcast. No idea how any cameramen or other staff at the studio weren't affected though.

5-Happened offscreen so we only have speculation. In 1-1 Isaac had a note about a meeting at the warehouse, so somehow Jack/Hunter convinced him to go there.

6-Again we can only speculate, but the timeline of events is likely: Jack/Hunter convinces Isaac to go to the Steelside warehouse > he books a taxi go to there > gets his mind put on a disk > body gets dumped back next to his home for whatever reason > case 1.1 happens.

7-It is indeed Echo Secunda/Oriel after escaping the insane asylum. Kinda wish he had shown up in a few other scenes mysteriously like that, but my best guess is it's just a cliffhanger for one of the DLCs. No idea how he knows how to ride a bike though, since as far as we know, a full memory transfer results in a total replacement of the self.

4. Jacks job that day was to operate the camera during the commercial break to verify that the experiment worked (that he would want some O-range).

Ancient Lemurians had advanced technology including aircraft, so it's not unlikely they had invented bikes too.

Seriously! I was wondering if the guy on the main menu was always meant to be Echo Secunda or they just decided that when making the DLC... well, this proves it was part of the plan all along and this genius figured it out early.

Pretty sure the final chapter of the base game already showed him to be Secunda speeding away after seeing the idol destroyed, I remember going "wow he was in the menu all along" after beating it.

Yes, they show that it's him.
I'm surprised at all the replies here confused about why Jack got affected by the idol at the end. He did it to himself on purpose because he knew what he was doing was terrible and thought that it would only be fair to include himself among the masses that would have their consciousness replaced with his uncle's. Since the broadcast failed, though, he ended up only doing it to himself.

Yeah, he explicitly says so in the video he made for his uncle / his future self:
"And I had to be one of them. After all, how could I impose on millions of others a sacrifice I was not willing to make myself?"
