2. He was trying to see if it was viable to replace people in high positions of power to make the world a better place. It's not a terrible idea in theory - if you had enough loyal people, you could make a difference by replacing various powerful people. Jack got impatient and disillusioned, though, and decided to go for the nuclear option.
3. Marie noticed it went missing. She figured it was just Eugene being irresponsible. He has very little oversight, so there's not much she could do about it, especially since OPIG doesn't really tolerate ratting out your boss (see her previous letter to Nathan about Tim's drinking habits). Of course, it was actually Jack who took it, but Eugene is too scatterbrained to notice it.
4. I'm not 100% sure. I think he might have been the only one in the IDOL's zone of control when it activated.
5. It didn't happen on the bridge, it happened in the Steelside Warehouse (Isaac was on his way there based on an address he had written down in the first Chapter 1 case). Jack might have done the same trap he did with Elijah. It doesn't really matter. Once Isaac's memories were taken, he then drove the corpse to the bridge and dropped it. I'm pretty sure there was no resorting to violence, because Isaac seemed confused about what was going on when he took over Jack's body - implying the consciousness transfer took him by surprise.
6. See above. He got a taxi to Steelside Warehouse which is where his memory was drained. His corpse was driven to the bridge afterward.
2-His plan from the beginning was to make society smarter as per his rejected proposal, which fits with putting his uncle into millions of the population, I guess with the homeless he was trying to see if he could just give them partial info and turn them into successful people, but there's very little info about this, like only a couple notes in 5-4, kinda wish it got a full chapter.
3-They reported it missing, but what happened is Jack stole it to put his uncle's memories in it (happens offscreen)
4-We don't really know beyond "he must've been in the radius", whether knowingly or not, probably was watching the broadcast. No idea how any cameramen or other staff at the studio weren't affected though.
5-Happened offscreen so we only have speculation. In 1-1 Isaac had a note about a meeting at the warehouse, so somehow Jack/Hunter convinced him to go there.
6-Again we can only speculate, but the timeline of events is likely: Jack/Hunter convinces Isaac to go to the Steelside warehouse > he books a taxi go to there > gets his mind put on a disk > body gets dumped back next to his home for whatever reason > case 1.1 happens.
7-It is indeed Echo Secunda/Oriel after escaping the insane asylum. Kinda wish he had shown up in a few other scenes mysteriously like that, but my best guess is it's just a cliffhanger for one of the DLCs. No idea how he knows how to ride a bike though, since as far as we know, a full memory transfer results in a total replacement of the self.
Ancient Lemurians had advanced technology including aircraft, so it's not unlikely they had invented bikes too.
Seriously! I was wondering if the guy on the main menu was always meant to be Echo Secunda or they just decided that when making the DLC... well, this proves it was part of the plan all along and this genius figured it out early.
"And I had to be one of them. After all, how could I impose on millions of others a sacrifice I was not willing to make myself?"
