Disabling question marks ?

I'm trying to figure out if I'll play this game on mobile via Netflix or pc via Steam. In the first game we were able to disable to hints on the scenes that showed us where to click. It's not possible disable them on mobile apparently.

Can you do it on the steam version?

I watched the beginning of a playthrough, even reinstalled the demo. There's no button to disable the multiple "?" in the landscape.

It's in the options menu of course (highlights).
