Pretty good, but

1. If you're going to start messing with cars we already bought, with the tuners nerf, I'd feel less unfair if you fixed everything you messed up along the way. Vehicle classes comes to mind *cough* 80+ sports cars *cough* a dozen coupes *cough*.

2. If you're going to keep focusing on music... well, don't - but if you will anyway maybe consider that people who actually enjoy music don't like DJ's and rappers... because that ♥♥♥♥ barely qualifies as music, it's more in the noise department - sometimes poetry, MAYBE.

Otherwise probably don't put 600 npcs per square meter in areas that weren't designed for a shootout (the vanilla unicorn for example) just because there's no limit to player deaths on the mission, it's just not fun.

But all in all it was a good update, good job.

1. if you don't like the cars don't use them, simple.
2. let me just break down this point to what you are actually saying

I wish they just gave us a choice. Each update breaks modded single player.
I like playing on my vr single player modded game. Not interested in multiplayer.
