I don't even play online. My game worked fine until this update was forced upon me. After upgrading to this version, it freezes on the load screen as soon as the five stars are lit up. I can hear the menu music in the background after that, but the visuals remain frozen on five stars. Then several seconds later, the program just quits with no error given. I've done a clean reinstall and this still happens. I actually re-downloaded the entire 100+ gb game and reinstalled the rockstar launcher and social club twice, it still freezes at five stars and then quits. This update rendered my game unplayable.

Yes i think that might be true, most of my friends which used to play GTA online and story left the game like i did. Game might be fully dead soon
