ROCKSTAR LOGIC,

when i use micro smg in deathmatch it does not have enough damage to kills a player at long range. health goes down slowly and i get outgun by an assault rifle special carbine

when npc use the micro smg in cars on resupply missions they have pin point accuracy and can drain your health to almost 0% as soon as they spawn and start shooting at you from long range.
